Latest Update for the Community from PlutusDeFi COO
"hey community, I'm not one for making any sensationalizing announcements, and I will not be responding to people speculating on price either. I thought it will make sense for me to provide a quick brief on where we are with the next steps on the product roadmap
1. Hiring
After dealing with the difficult two days defending the project with the issue with Dolomite, we starting looking at our hiring plans. There are two priorities in order:
a. Hire a UX/UI Lead that helps with lifting the project to what we've promised to the community all along, which is to have the most user friendly and creation UI that interconnects user flows and makes using DeFi an enjoyable and educative experience
b. Hire a front-end developer (node, react, and some front end UI tools like Zepplin) with blockchain integration experience
A lot of time has been spent towards sourcing, engaging, interviewing candidates and partners to ensure we have the right talent for this stage of growth of the company
We should be making some hiring announcements in the coming days/week.
2. Brand Re-fresh
With a more inter-connected DeFi play with multiple products and solution making up the full-stack DeFi platform, the website will have to undergo a change to reflect this proposition accurately
3. Scope of Work
A detailed requirements document has been created with scope of work for products, features and functionality. Once this is finalised and the developers review the architecture and feasability, we should be ready to start working on them.
The team will setup a JIRA board and the project will be managed in a 2-3 week sprint basis will drop-in releases.
I'd like the community to be patient and appreciative of the fact that building the right team, and technology for the stage of growth of where the project is takes time; also keeping in mind the budget we work with; especially in a fast moving market like DeFi."
